Every YoguPay user has a unique bank account number or details. When you credit money into the bank account, it will be reflected in your wallet balance immediately. Click the wallet icon at the top of the page then click on deposit funds to fund your wallet.
On the dashboard, click on the transfer icon. Once you click the transfer icon, a dialog box will appear. Input the amount you want to send. Select the receiver’s currency. Select continue Enter Recipient Details & Payment Method then click send money.
The exchange rate used for all transactions is determined on a daily basis and is based on prevailing market rates for the day. We display daily rates whenever you attempt a transaction so you always know how much your recipient will receive.
No. For security reasons, you can only have one YoguPay account.
Cameroon, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Togo, Burkina Faso, Guinea, Senegal, Mali the main method is mobile money. Nigeria and South Africa are through the bank.
This could be as a result of any of the reasons below;
You entered an incorrect email address during sign up.
Your confirmation email arrived in the Spam or Junk folder. Look in these sections if you don't get the email in your inbox.

When your verification is declined, you might be allowed to resubmit your documents for up to 3 times after which you will be required to contact support.
